I’ve been working on a drawing of my wife, Holly, for the past week or so. Here’s the finished sketch.
I got the photo from a trip we took to upstate NY, visiting her family and revisiting places and homes where she, her family and other relatives had lived. I forget what this location was, but I don’t think she lived there.

Love the sketch. Probably one of your best. A gentle review of the painting and don’t get mad. The sketch captures Holly, the painting does not. The green is too intense and does not reflect the warmth of a woman. Just sayin………………………
