Holly New Ya

I spent several hours last night working on the portrait of my wife, Holly.

I changed the background to a green gradient.  I think this helps, but the background needs more layers of paint, and color adjustment.

Everything is still too harsh; skin tones, hair, etc, are in need of much thought and reworking.

Keep in mind, gentle blog readers, that this is ‘in progress’.  More updates to come on the road to completion.
