I’m nearing the finished state of this painting. I have been applying a slightly opaque glaze to the area behind Agnes to push the background back, hoping to make her step out of the painting.
Some additional opaque glazing on the back, and then a clear coat or 2 of varnish should finish it. I’ve asked Rick Stoner to make a frame for it.
